Entrepreneur Access to Capital | Early Stage Seed Funding – This proposed legislation would address a key funding gap facing entrepreneurs and provide capital and technical assistance needed to advance start-up companies through early stages.
Entrepreneur Tax Relief | Patent and Copyright Exclusion – This policy would provide a venue for all business income derived from patents and copyrights created in West Virginia to be excluded from corporate income taxation.
